A precision small plastic parts manufacturer relied on manual counting, bagging and heat sealing for final packaging, which suffered from low efficiency, inconsistent counting accuracy and high labor input.
We delivered a stand-alone high-performance automatic packaging machine as a targeted end-of-line solution. The machine integrates precise counting, adjustable bag forming and reliable heat sealing functions, compatible with various small injection molded parts, fasteners and hardware components. It supports quick parameter switching for different product specifications, and can be optionally equipped with thermal transfer coding and labeling modules to add batch numbers, production dates and product labels in one packaging process.
With its independent design, the machine requires no complex integration with upstream production equipment and was put into operation after a short commissioning cycle. After deployment, packaging efficiency was greatly improved, counting errors were nearly eliminated, and packaging section labor costs were significantly reduced.
